[Basewars] Scripted Bases - Pyro-Fire - 08-18-2016

This marks the final leap forward in basewars technology.
We now have scripted bases!

With this technology now in the game, there is no need to enforce any gamemode related rules since ALL possible actions that can be taken by a player has now been accounted for, which allows us to now remove the gamemode rules.
Banning players for using the tools available to them is not a good business practice.

The region system is rather simple, and when operating correctly should be intuitive and not require much interaction from the player.

A base has always been defined as a region containing a powered printer and a money vault.
This is now enforced by script.

Let's say 2 players arguing over who claimed a base first.
Well, there's no more issue now as whoever prints first will get the base claim, and this will prevent the other players printers from printing (and thus preventing the claim dispute).
It will also remove all their props when the initial claim is made (currently not completed), and will prevent any non-allied player from spawning any items or props inside your region.

All issues related to prop blocking are no longer an issue, as props outside of a claimed region can be freely attacked and destroyed using explosives or the blowtorch weapons just like it would be in a raid.
If there are issues with this, it means one of two things.
Either the regions aren't correct (known issue, see below), or you haven't claimed your region.

This technology then moves fluidly into the currently incomplete /relocate command.
This command, when completed, will lift all your structures and place them into your inventory as a special item.
This item will persist for up to 10 or 15 minutes before either being removed and issuing a standard refund, or, if you are connected to any of our servers, will drop all your structures on top of you.
While you are carrying this item, if it contains any raidables you will continue to be raidable.
If a raid is started against you while you are carrying this item, all structures will drop on top of you.

Additionally, when kicking players from your faction, it will automatically run this relocate command on that player and give them a short raid immunity to allow them to find a new place to base in.
This command also has the unintended benefit of being able to move your base between any lagnation basewars servers.

Please keep in mind, this technology is Extremely new, with some aspects not yet complete at all like the /relocate command, and will take some time before it is perfected and bug-free.
If you encounter any issues, please let me know.

Issues currently known: the rp_downtown_v4c and rp_downtown_evilmelon_v1 map regions aren't 100% accurate, and the /relocate command is missing.
As a temporary workaround while the relocate command is being completed, destroying and then buying a new money vault in a location where it will not receive a print from a printer will instantly unclaim your region.
